Changing Pulse Ratio
Set up an Omnimeter V.4 and Push for water meter reading about year ago; working fine. Setting up another one now, but memory is lacking. To change Pulse Ratio I think I had to hook up the Omnimeter (or Push?) to my laptop via the USB/RS-485 Converter which I have from you. Exactly what do I have to...

Re: SPWM 075 meter not "m0ving"
Yes it is flowing in direction of arrow; it was installed that way originally and worked for about 3 weeks. I really need to get this fixed as we opened today and the water meter reading are crucial to all our state EPA reports on water usage and cal calculation of wastewater flows. Can you send me ...

Re: SPWM 075 meter not "m0ving"
Yes. It has been working properly since it was installed on Mar 29; it stopped recording on April 18. I took the meter out of the line and looked in the inlet and outlet to see if any blockage, but could not see any. It was installed in the horizontal position originally and has never been changed.

SPWM 075 meter not "m0ving"
Have 2 SPWM 075's installed for last 2 weeks; one is "master" and one is used as 'deduct". One that is used as master is not moving while other is turning fine. Both should be recording same amount when only deduct meter is used. I tapped the master meter slightly and got it to very s...

Re: Setting pulse input ratio using EKM Dash
Question 1: To change pulse ratio, do I just need to disconnect my v4 meter from the push unit and wire it to the EKM USB to RS485, and then run Dash from there? I obviously will have to have the Dash software downloaded to the laptop. Ater hooking it up to the laptop, then will I be able to change ...

Re: Setting pulse input ratio using EKM Dash
Same problem as Owen707. Exactly what are the steps to hookup the USB/RS485 interface and then use it to change the Pulse Ratio? Are there some instructions somewhere I am overlooking? Are they somewhere ,in this forum?

Re: Dashboard setup
I am still not getting any readings on the Dashboard. Do you folks have to set the pulse ratio? On the screen shot you gave it showed I could change it and then select "Set"; I do not have that capability. When I go to EKM Meters/Pulse all three of Pulse Input has a Pulse Input Ratio of 10...
