Re: EKM to Home Assistant (HEMS)
For the LAN API, you can either use a fixed local IP address (if you set the Push3 gateway to a fixed IP) as the example above shows using 10.200.0.21 in our case ... Or (if your network supports it and your HA gateway is on the same network) you can use .local, which is great if the Push3 gateway l...

EKM to Home Assistant (HEMS)
Here are the settings we use to gather data with Home Assistant. We use both the cloud REST API and/or the Push3 LAN APIs (direct from the Push3 gateway itself) to gather data from Omnimeters and ioStacks. Please see the attached image and the contents of our sensors.yml file below. You will want to...

Re: Can I open EKM Dash while it is running in the background?
... access different options or open the main window. It probably wouldn't take much for the programmers to add that functionality, but if it's not in demand, it's probably not worth the trouble. It's not a big deal to continue shutting it down from the Task Manager so I can re-open it, I was just ...

... heater but are considering a change to an all-electric heat pump system and are concerned that our 100A service will be enough to handle the 25A demand from the heater, especially when the coffee pots are turned on (can't do astronomy without coffee!). We chose the Omnimeter I v.3 to monitor ...

1-second timeslices on Encompass.io?
I am using an OmniMeter UL v4 with a PUSH3 (beta) unit to characterize power demand from small appliances (laundry machines, hot tubs, etc.) and would like to obtain graphs of instantaneous watt/amp demand with 1-second resolution. I tried setting up an Encompass.io ...

Re: EKMv4 not work in PVoutout
Hello Stishsun, PVOutput is a 3rd party site that takes in your Push data and displays it to you. I think they take in Total Watts and Total kWh. RMS_Watts_Ln_1, RMS_Watts_Ln_2, RMS_Watts_Ln_3 are the watts on each line. I do not think PVOutput displays this data on their site. If you have RMS_Watts...

Again, thanks for this helpful information. It sounds like the max demand parameters aren't for me. I will investigate polling quickly to determine the max watts myself. Just to close the loop on the terminology, though, the term "max demand interval" ...
