Re: Concurrent Data Collection Using Push3 and Dash
Yes, that should work. When the Push3 is unpowered you could still read your Omnimeters with the USB converter. You could play with the timing of the outage to find something that would work for you. You could even use the Omnimeter Pulse v.4 and the EKM Push3 trigger function to run the timing. Jus...

Re: Push 3 Installation Question
The serial settings of a v3 and v4 Omnimeter are 9600 baud, 7 data bits, even parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control:

Re: Data missing due to internet outage
If you have a Push3 gateway, it should be storing the data to the SD card during the time that the internet was down. Once the internet is reconnected it can take many hours to upload all of the data from the time of the outage. If this is not working properly, then I would suspect that there is som...

Re: EKM Push setup problem
It sounds to me like the Push3 does not have its meter assignments yet (so it is not flashing the RS485 meter communication LED). What happens when you press the "Adhoc WiFi enable" button on the side of the Push3 for 10 seconds? Do you have a temporary ethernet connection available so tha...

Re: Omnimeter v.3/USB RS485 converter/LOGS
Hello Moshea, With an Omnimeter, the EKM Dash software and a USB converter, you should be able to do what you want to do. But it wont be as slick or easy as if you had a Push system. It sounds like you are not interested in too much data. If I were you I would setup my Dash to read my Omnimeter, onc...

Re: Can't get data from meter
Hello Dayle, Wow a 23EDS-N v.2, thats one of our originals, an oldie but (mostly) goodie. Can you post a screenshot of your setup in your software? Im not even sure the EKM Dash software can read that meter, are you using the older EKM Reader? Just out of curiosity, what year did you purchase that m...

Re: 1 EKM Widget for multiple omnimeters?
Thanks, good question. There is no way to view the data from 2 separate Omnimeters in the same EKM Widget at this point. But... You can have multiple EKM Widgets on the same page if you are able to create and host a webpage that has multiple iFrames. The EKM widget even provides the iframe code for ...

Re: Push 3 Installation Question
Hello Ezzie, what the USB port is for on the Push 3 The USB port is for connecting a USB stick, you can use either the SD card that comes with the Push3 gateway or a USB storage stick to store meter data. If the Push3 gateway loses connection to the internet, it will store data to the SD card or USB...

Re: Data Storage Capacity
Our meters will work from 46-64Hz with the same accuracy (0.5% accurate meter and CT combination.) 34.5Hz is outside of its operating specs. It sounds like you may want to shop for a much more capable, advanced (and expensive) Power Quality Monitor.

Re: Data Storage Capacity
I would highly recommend the Push3 gateway for what you sound like you are wanting to do. It is certainly the most powerful, scalable, stable, and data rich option that we provide. It also allows you to easily create csv files of real-time and summary data. You can use all of our software options. S...
