EKM Push won't connect to server

I had an EKM Push installed with gas and electric monitoring. The Push doesn't appear to have ever been able to connect to the server. When I configure and load the EKM Widget, I get a "Error! Could not connect to server. Please try later" and that's it. I've tried rebooting router/cablemodem/push, relocating the Push device closer to router/cable modem, plugging the Push device directly into the cable modem and still cannot get it to do anything different.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hello tt460, welcome to the forum.

In order to best help you, I would need to get your EKM Push key from you so that I can look up your data. Will you email it to info@ekmmetering.com?

The first place I go to look is as the html API call for my account. This is a link we would have sent you when we shipped your EKM Push to you. It looks something like this (with your own Push key):

Click on the link above. This is the html format of what the data looks like behind the scenes. By looking at this I would be able to tell if your Push is connected to the internet, the last time it was connected. If your EKM Push is connected, you can tell if your Push able to read your meters.
