EKM Metering

Hello, I'm trying to read my meters remotely. I've connected one of the ZigBees, powered by the USB converter, to the latest meter (V.4) and another ZigBee using the USB port. I've set the configurations to read the data locally and I've select the correct COM port but it still shows me, 'Socket Err...

Thanks, it's somehow working now. No idea why. I just re-connect all the wires and set up the configurations again.

I have a question, how do I use the EKM DASH and the Omnimeter Pulse V.4 to measure/read pulse signals and what about the connections?

I'm currently using the latest Omnimeter Pulse V.4.
Ekm Dash Software keeps giving me, 'Read regular data error'. No problems with circuits connections or iSerial as I've checked multiple times.
Any idea why?
