I received the new USB Converter and have installed. Unfortunately, the identical things happen as with the original one, so that rules out the USB converter. Is there a time when we can talk by phone?

I have restarted and still problem. The Dash Activity Column looks okay dor the Omnimeter 300000828, but for the one that we are having a problem with, ti says" Check RS485 Connection". Yes please send me a new RS485 converter and I will try it. Willing to buy an extra one if needed. Thank...

As if this has not been difficult enough, I noticed that I apparently plugged into the other port (2). I changed it back to Port 1.

Ok sending you the pix. Yes the meter increments by one every 5 seconds, and still shows all zero's. Once in awhile it shows L1 L2 L3 A2 A3...

Jameson I reset the wiring on the USB and sent to you an email with the screenshot of the "location". It shows Port_#0001 Hub_#0007. The only Serial Port options I have on the pull down menu are Com1 and Com3 ; I have tried both with no difference in results. Also, the Omnimeter was powere...
