EKM Metering

I had an EKM Push installed with gas and electric monitoring. The Push doesn't appear to have ever been able to connect to the server. When I configure and load the EKM Widget, I get a "Error! Could not connect to server. Please try later" and that's it. I've tried rebooting router/cablemo...
