Temperature limitations
Hi: Looking to meter domestic hot water; temperature should not normally exceed 120 deg.F. While there is the HOT version of the horizontal meter, I don't see a HOT version of the vertical meter, which would be necessary in this installation. The standard vertical meter shows a maximum temperature o...

Encompass.io meter password reset
I was unable to login to my meters. I tried a password reset to gain access, but I am not getting the reset email; is there a problem with the Encompass server, or does the password reset request actually go straight to the Push3 device? If the PUSH3 was not connected to the internet for some reason...

Re: Report vs. Widget Discrepancies
Sorry for the delay getting back to you on this. The meters are 000300013982, 000300013987, and 000300014018. I don't have the Omnimeter number just at the moment.

Re: Report vs. Widget Discrepancies
I am seeing something very strange with the widget numbers as well. I have six water meters on a system, the data downloaded for the month of April and displayed on the info widget showed 639.89m³, but the April Calendar widget showed 853.865m³. Looking back, I noticed that February (the installatio...

Water Meter Accuracy
Curious about the impact of turbulence and slightly out-of-level meters; I read on other discussions that the flow wheel is floating in the meter, so any misalignment would cause it to rub, and thus read less than true. However, could turbulence potentially cause a meter to read greater than true? I...

Re: Thermal Metering
Jameson, I have everything connected now, using the pulse output from the Intellimeter BTU meter in addition to the electrical monitoring. The electrical side registers flawlessly on the Dash software, but I just discovered a little note that says that the pulse data from the Thermal meter cannot be...

Re: Thermal Metering
One of EKM's competitors, Intellimeter, out of Pickering, ON Canada (https://intellimeter.com/products/btu-meters) has a range of BTU meters with M-Bus, Modbus-485, and optional pulse interface. If I go down this road, I will update the thread!

Thermal Metering
Do you have any recommendations for a thermal meter that would feed pulses into a v.4 Omni? There are a number that have their own controller, and many communicate on Modbus, but are you aware of any that would provide a straight pulse output that could be configured on the dashboard?
Thank you,
Thank you,
