EKM Pulse v.4 meters and the new Push/Cloud system

Has there been any progress in interfacing the v.4 meters using the EKM Push system vs. the iSerial? I have the v.4 meters monitoring water usage in commercial buildings but want to get away from using a dedicated IP address. The Push system would solve the problem however according to the technical...

Re: New v4 Meter Read Regular Data Error

Jason, Am still not receiving the emails however am seeing Email Report Sent Successfully, Reading 6 Months Data Read (even though I don't have that box checked). Is this being generated by the software or the meters? Leads me to believe that my SMTP settings are correct however while in the Edit Me...

Re: New v4 Meter Read Regular Data Error

Jason, For my application, Water meters only at this time, the feature to only display the pulse data would be good. I am now attempting to send the email reports from the meters with no luck so far (receiving email socket error for both meters) am currently verifying the email server data from Veri...

Re: New v4 Meter Read Regular Data Error

Resolved the problem with my new v4 meters - As the new meters have a very long meter number, was only entering the last 4 digits of the number. Once I entered all 12 digits, the software automatically dropped the first 3 leading zeros and kept the last 9. Now everything is talking again. I did noti...

Installed 2 new OmniMeter Pulse v4 meters in my existing system and am receiving a Read Regular Data Error from both meters. My system was communicating with both of my 25EDSP-N v2 meters before the change out to the v4 meters. Are there any changes I need to make to the iSerial device as a result o...

Water meter ratio

Need some help on understanding the function of ratio. I change the ratio but don't see a resulting change in the data. (sometimes yes sometimes no) have seen this using both the original v3 of the SW and the new EKM Dash.

Am using the 25EDSPN v2 meter.

Am also seeing inconsistencies in the data.

Re: iSerial error

When using the old version of SW, and trying to read the meters, started to receive Socket Error messages from both meters and could not read data even with multiple tries. I could however ping the IP address and receive a reply so I knew there was still an internet connection. Tried using EKM Dash ...
