Re: Graphs for water and gas.

1.) Good to hear! Pulse meters can be defined in Encompass as either water or gas meters: https://help.ekmmetering.com/support/solutions/articles/6000162558-setting-up-water-or-gas-meters-in-your-account By the way for anyone else reading this post. If your water meters or gas meters do not show up ...

Re: Encompass.io meter password reset

Im not sure what is going on. We just tested the password reset and received the password reset email. Will you check your spam folder? Chances are that is where the email ended up. Yes you can see if your Push3 is online by going to your EKM Push Account Portal and looking if the timestamps are cur...

Re: Report vs. Widget Discrepancies

Hi, thank you very much for letting us know. We actually saw this same issue last week, so have been working on a fix. Will you take a look at your calendar widget again? We think we have it fixed.

Re: What to do with my 23eds-n v2

The EKM Push3 will communicate with any of these meter models: Omnimeter I v.3 Omnimeter II v.3 UL Omnimeter Pulse v.4 Omnimeter Pulse v.4 UL We hope to add more meter models in the future. It will not communicate with the older EKM 23EDS-N v.2 or any other v.2 meter models. When you have a Push3 co...

Re: What to do with my 23eds-n v2

Hello Dayle, For your Omnimeter, you can do one of these things to get csv data to your local storage (with the constraint of not wanting to send data to the cloud): 1. Read the Omnimeter with a computer and the EKM Dash software using a USB converter, then in Dash you can export the data as a csv f...

Re: Report vs. Widget Discrepancies

Thank you, at first blush I think this may have something to do with daylight savings time, but Im not sure. What is the EKM-Omnimeter number and Pulse Input number you are looking at?

Re: Push3 Power Supply Limit

I would not go above 24VDC on the power input of the EKM Push3 gateway. If you have 27VDC I would use a DC to DC converter to lower the voltage to 12VDC. Something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/166567285240?itmmeta=01HVR2YJXACE5MQTT1T2F6T5AX&hash=item26c82f11f8:g:5NcAAOSwXt1lPcLg&itmpr...

Re: Water Meter Accuracy

The only way I could think that our EKM meters would read faster than the city water meter would be: 1. If the city water meter is old and the EKM Meters are new. Water meters tend to slow down with time, not speed up. 2. If the EKM meter is measuring air bubbles, but the city meter is not. 3. If yo...

Re: Vertical water meter location

Thank you for your question. I am not able to tell how much space you have in your photo, but it does not look like you would have enough straight pipe before and after the water meter to meet the minimum requirements. This recommendation of 10x the pipe diameter in straight pipe length before the w...

Re: How to meter main Panel with a submeter on a panel downstream

To meter the main house, you could have an Omnimeter with 2 current transformers. You would pass all of the wires from Line 1 (with the exception of the wires you want to exclude that are going to the small house) through the Line 1 CT and pass all of the wires from Line 2 (with the exception of the...
