Ed,
Is there any way you can email us the SMTP settings you are using (you dont have to include the password). We can take a look at them and let you know if anything pops out.
Regards,

Re: Data Error ?
Wooops!
We will look into it and will include a fix in the next release. This has to do with us putting the decimal in the wrong place.
Thanks for pointing this out!

Re: Connecting EKM Push to 2 each single phase 400 amp servi
If you have 2 EKM Omnimeters you will only need 1 EKM Push gateway to connect to both of your meters. You can have up to 256 EKM Omnimeters connected to 1 EKM Push gateway. The data will come in as 2 separate streams each pertaining to it's own meter number. In our sample case 10068 and 10054 are 2 ...

Re: EKM Push Timeline
The EKM Push gateway automatically reads your meters and sends the data to a cloud based server cluster (there is not much data that is stored on the EKM Push gateway itself). The latest 1000 meter reads are stored on this server cluster. It is then very easy for you to retrieve these meter reads fr...

Re: Setting Pulse output constant
Here is the section you will want to focus on for setting the "Settable Pulse Output Ratio" Set Imp/kWh Constant. Example: Settable impulse constant to 20 Imp/kWh 01 57 31 02 30 30 44 34 28 30 30 32 30 29 03 05 6b Blue is the Parameter you want to set, Green is the Setting you will make. T...

Re: Setting Pulse output constant
The EKM-Omnimeter Pulse v.4 has a "regular pulse output" as well as a "settable pulse output". Say you wanted it to pulse 1 time per kWh (rather than the 800 per kWh that the regular pulse output does) You can set this just like you set other settings in the meter. We have not ye...

Re: EKM Push Timeline
Yes, the EKM Push system timestamps each read with its own Unix timestamp. You can use these to know exactly when the meter read was inserted in the database. Here is one sample read from the EKM Push system: curl http://io.ekmpush.com/10068~1.xml?MTAxMDoyMDIw <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8' st...

Re: Push system GSM connect ability
The Push system is the only way to fly if you are considering sending meter data over cellular. This is for a number of reasons. There is no network to maintain, the EKM Push automatically connects, and starts sending reads to the central database. You can use a very slow internet connection The EKM...

Re: Dash Locks up and can't be closed
xAPPO, We wanted to make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the EKM Dash (v0.405). This version has some major improvements to the stability of running on Windows 7 64 bit. Re: EKM Push
Hello Jens! Welcome to the forum. It is a bit too soon to tell how long this might take, but we are actively working on integrating the Omnimeter Pulse v.4 into the EKM Push system. A conservative guesstimate would be about 8 weeks. The nice part about this is that it will be a remote upgrade of the...
