Re: dials unreadable
Thanks, does it seem like condensation inside your meter face or do you think it is more like a leak internal to the water meter? Will you send a photo of the face of your water meter?

Re: dials unreadable
Hello Dandelot, Im sorry to hear that your water meter dials have fogged up. This condensation usually comes from the warm sun striking the face of the water meter, then when cold water runs through the meter the water in the face is able to condense. The best is to protect the dials from the sun. I...

Re: Read iSerial v.4 suddenly stopped
From everything you describe I would guess there is some issue with the iSerial. In your photo all 3 LEDs are on at the same time, are they always on? If so, this would also indicate an issue with the iSerial in my experience. Are you able to login to the iSerial web browser? Are you able to sniff R...

Re: Can I open EKM Dash while it is running in the background?
Im sorry, I am not very savvy with Windows, perhaps someone here can chime in. Which version of windows are you running? It seems to be more of an OS issue rather than a Dash issue, but also the fix will probably have to do with which version of Windows you are running.

Re: Can I open EKM Dash while it is running in the background?
Hello Coronos, Im not 100% sure what you are referring to. What operating system are you running? If you are saying that your Dash keeps running in the background, then maybe this is because it is trying to optimize your database in the background. If this is taking too long you can try managing you...

Re: How to Get Water and Gas Data from Omnimeter
Here is a screenshot from my EKM Dash Hex Inspector. It shows an example of an Omnimeter Pulse v.4 Read A and a Read B. I have highlighted (in faint blue color) the section of the Hex that is for the Pulse Count 1, Pulse Count 2, Pulse Count 3. The Hex for this section at this moment is 30 30 30 30 ...

Re: How to Get Water and Gas Data from Omnimeter
Thats great! Sounds like a very cool project. Yes, you could either use the EKM Omnimeter Pulse v.4 to count the pulses from up to 3 separate pulse output devices, then read the Omnimeter Pulse with either your Pico, or with our EKM Push3. Or you could count the pulses directly using your Pico. If y...

Re: Real Power Calculation on Omnimeter II UL v.3
Hello Thomas, Yes, the Omnimeter uses this formula to calculate watts and kWh internally on each phase: Volts x amps x power factor = watts In your top row that would be 117.7 x 7.4 x 0.74 = 642.9 watts Im sorry if this is an unsatisfactory answer, but the calculated watts does not often come out to...

Re: Internet Connection Options for Push System
If you want to connect your Push3 to a wifi network that has a password, you will need the wifi password. Or you can just connect the Push3 to a router with an ethernet cable and you would not need a password. Either way you will need your tenants permission to do this.

Re: Internet Connection Options for Push System
Hello Amanda, welcome to the forum! Yes, the Push3 gateway needs to connect to the internet via either ethernet or wifi. So this generally narrows down your options to regular internet (DSL, cable, fiber optics) or cellular, or satellite. For regular internet yes, you could either use your tenants i...
