Re: Ekm push device
I am logging a similar issue, using a NetGear WN2500RP router/access point (set up as access point, the router is an Orange Livebox). In 2 weeks communication from the Push to the internet was interrupted on 2 occasions, and power cycling the WN2500RP was needed solved the issue. Other devices were ...

Re: Combining EKM Push and ISerial?
Hello Jameson, I installed accordingly, and this can work to some extend - but the number of "bad meter read" or "no response - check …" is too large (as in most of the returns) so I will use the EKM Push and have powered down the iSerial. I leave the iSerial wired, so that when ...

Combining EKM Push and ISerial?
Dear Forum/Jameson, I now am the proud owner of an EKM Push and ISerial. Whilst the Push has lots of advantages over the ISerial, the later can actually control settings in the Omnimeter, which is really nice too. --> Can I combine both by simply connecting the RS485 A+ and B- to both the Push and t...

Re: Importing past metering results when changing PC
Hello Jameson, thanks for the reply. I have started a fresh database. Also with some .xls wizardry I managed to get to the results I wanted, which has saved me a lot of money. If you are interested in that background: my pool man wanted to repair a suspected leak, involving draining the pool, pressu...

Re: Importing past metering results when changing PC
Hello Jameson, O.K. there are some mixed results as follows: 1.) Someone helped breaking into my old windows computer and tried to export the database as instructed. 2.) The claim was that whilst holding the <shift> key and starting EKM Dash, the Database Manager did not come up. I was in contact th...

Re: Importing past metering results when changing PC
This is going to be very difficult as it is located in Europe, whilst I have moved to Asia... however, not a complete impossibility, so I will get some help to break in, export, and send the .db file via a sharing site - will take time though, but will keep you posted. Meanwhile here is my obvious s...

Re: Importing past metering results when changing PC
Hello Jameson, thanks for your reply. Indeed I am using the EKM Dash software. --> The database I took with me is not a .db file but instead a large .csv file simply exported using the File > Export from the main menu dropdown. It is difficult for me to access the old PC. Could I somehow read and im...

Importing past metering results when changing PC
Hello EKM Metering,
I have changed to another PC (macbook) and exported all metering data from my windows PC. How to import the metering results such that all history is available again?
Appreciate any pointers,
With regards
Piet van Mastrigt

EKM Dash - Real time chart update requested
Dear EKM developers, Not sure if anyone has asked yet, so here is my question: would it be possible to plot other parameters in the Real Time Chart, i.e. not Voltage or Power, but instead I would like to plot my water usage (Pulse 1 in my case) - or better still, the pulse count / day to avoid an ev...
