Re: Internet Connection Options for Push System
If you want to connect your Push3 to a wifi network that has a password, you will need the wifi password. Or you can just connect the Push3 to a router with an ethernet cable and you would not need a password. Either way you will need your tenants permission to do this.

Re: Internet Connection Options for Push System
Hello Amanda, welcome to the forum! Yes, the Push3 gateway needs to connect to the internet via either ethernet or wifi. So this generally narrows down your options to regular internet (DSL, cable, fiber optics) or cellular, or satellite. For regular internet yes, you could either use your tenants i...

Re: Summary data is severely latent
Im afraid we don't have an API status page for the real-time API and the summary API. At this point the quickest is just a short email to us (with the API call or widget link you are using) and we will get back to you. You could go to our public account and see if the real-time data and summary API ...

Re: Summary data is severely latent
Hey, Im sorry to leave you hanging! I just saw your posts in the forum. It sounds like you have experienced 3 overlapping issues: 1. The Summary API is sometimes not closely coupled in time to the real-time API. The summary API will always be a little behind the real-time API but should not ever be ...

Re: Omnimeter 1 v.3 and the magic smoke
Hello Ian,
Both the R4 and R67 resistors on your older Omnimeter model are 5.1 Ohm.
Sorry it took a while confirm this, but we had to go dig up some older Omnimeters to match the one you have there.
Good luck with the repair!!

Re: Omnimeter 1 v.3 and the magic smoke
Hi Ian, Sorry to hear that. We would be happy to help you out. But we are a bit confused, maybe you have an older Omnimeter, but what you are describing does not match up with what we are seeing here. Do you mind providing photos of your Omnimeter PCB showing the entire PCB, showing a clear view of ...

Re: Raspberry Pi with Adafruit.io using Python
Hi George, thank you very much for posting this! And thank you for sharing your code so others can build upon what you are working on.
Did you ever figure out why the meter reported 60 volts initially? Seems like everything is working well now, and seems to be reliable. Good work!!

Re: EKM Dash 2.2.4 performing poorly on MacOS Catalina
Hello Piet, If you send us your EKM Dash database via email (support@ekmmetering.com) we can also gather some data and see if we see the same dropouts. If you look at the Push data in the EKM Widget or in encompass.io do you see the same dropouts? I had another user recently that was seeing random n...

Re: 1-second timeslices on Encompass.io?
The only way to get 1-second resolution data into encompass is to send your meter data to the cloud every second. The EKM Push2 and EKM Push3 send the data to the cloud once per minute by default. We can actually read meters as fast as once/second via the EKM Push3 system. However, because of the in...
