Re: How to Use the v.4 Omnimeter's Controllable Outputs
It sounds like you are using a USB converter and the EKM Dash to read your Omnimeter, is that correct? Also, it sounds like you want to monitor the data on one Omnimeter and trigger a relay on a different Omnimeter. Is this also correct? I am not aware of a way to do what you are wanting to do with ...

Re: Getting things started
It sounds like there must be some confusion somewhere. The MAC address that you posted in this thread earlier (4016FA0000A6) is for an old Push2 Pro. If you look on the front of the Push3 you have there, what is the MAC address that is on the sticker below the ethernet port? If you are unsure, you c...

Re: Getting things started
When I look at your Push2 Pro in the cloud, I can see that it has not been connected to the internet. (heads up you do not have a Push3 gateway) Do you have your Push2 Pro connected by an ethernet cable directly to your internet router? Or are you using a wifi bridge? In an earlier post it sounded l...

Re: Properly computing the net kWh
To get the Net kWh, I am using the following formula from the above link: Net kWh = Total kWH - (2 x Reverse kWh) Is this the correct way to calculate the net kWh? Yes, this is exactly correct! I am observing the reverse readings slowly increasing over time. If you are NOT sending electricity back ...

Re: Getting things started
Yes, with the Push2 Pro, you can use a wifi bridge (or what is called a wifi access point) to convert the ethernet signal into wifi. You would make the settings changes that you need to connect it to your wifi network on the wifi bridge itself.

Re: Getting things started
It sounds like you are connecting your EKM Push gateway directly to your computer via an ethernet cable, is that correct? If so, that will not work. You want to connect your EKM Push gateway to your internet router, or internet modem by ethernet cable instead. I can see your Push account in the clou...

Re: Meter stopped reading
Hello Walter, Thank you for reaching out on the forum. It sounds like you might be reading your Omnimeters with an EKM Push, is that correct? Do you have an EKM Push2 or an EKM Push3 gateway? Do you also have a USB converter? First make sure you do not have any loose connections at either the RS485 ...

Re: Summary data is severely latent
If you have an EKM Push3 gateway, you can change the meter read rate yourself to 60 seconds or slower from within your EKM Push Account UI portal. Here is the public account UI (under the Configuration tab): https://api.ekmpush.com/account.html?key=MTAxMDoyMDIw Screen Shot 2022-09-12 at 2.09.10 PM.p...
