... reasons. Other than that, I would always recommend a Push3 for these reasons: ease of use, reliability, 24/7 operation, on-board storage, on-board triggers, on-board wifi, use with ioStacks, more reliable than Dash, scalability, that we can help you troubleshoot meter data and push connectivity ...

Re: Concurrent Data Collection Using Push3 and Dash

... even use the Omnimeter Pulse v.4 and the EKM Push3 trigger function to run the timing. Just look into the Recurrence Rules to setup scheduled triggers. You could say every hour at xx:50 turn the EKM Push3 off for 20 minutes for example. You would just control the relay output of the Omnimeter ...

... Push3 system (with your Push3 controlling the controllable outputs of an Omnimeter Pulse v.4). You will probably be interested in taking a look at triggers as well so you could receive email alerts or control valves and relays based on the metered data: https://help.ekmmetering.com/support/solutions/articles/6000257100-triggers-beta-

... and trigger a relay on a different Omnimeter. Is this also correct? I am not aware of a way to do what you are wanting to do with the EKM Dash triggers. The EKM Dash will only let you monitor and control a relay on the same Omnimeter. You will want to use Push3 gateway based triggers: https://help.ekmmetering.com/support/solutions/articles/6000257100-triggers-beta- ...

Re: EKM Dash 2.2.4 performing poorly on MacOS Catalina

Hello Jameson, It would seem that all is solved: I do get triggers that are valid now and no zero reads anymore. The solution that you suggested works fine as follows: 1.) The zero reads disappear when the wifi connection is improved e.g. to moving my ...

Re: EKM Dash 2.2.4 performing poorly on MacOS Catalina

... of salt...I am simply not sure on this, but next time I'll double check. - Encompass.io does not have the resolution to show a single read? - my triggers are indeed on pulse counts (which show a whopping increase after a zero read). I did not get my brain around setting 2 triggers so as to avoid ...

... just for 1 read? In your screenshot it looks like the green line and the orange line drop at different times. That is very odd. You can avoid the triggers going off by making your triggers fire only if they see > 1 reads in a row with the trigger value.

Re: EKM Dash 2.2.4 performing poorly on MacOS Catalina

... that works fine. One annoying feature is the daily "zero-reads". This occurs actually no more than once/twice a day and sets off all triggers (see attached screenshot). I have never seen this before and the data looks fine - even for the zero points (most, but not all values are zero's). ...

Raspberry pi pulse reader for water meter SPWM-075-HD

... the pump kicks on, my water pressure goes from 60 psi - 80 psi for a brief second, which can cause the analog dial in the meter to jump, which triggers a reading, then fall back, which then triggers another reading. I have a log of all the time my pump has kicked on (since it's also controlled ...

Double triggering/clocking/pulsing

... pin, which counts pulses and ultimately uploads the data to a database running in the cloud. None of that is malfunctioning. The issue is multiple triggers are captured by the I/O handler even with a debounce timeout of 20 ms, which I have verified with a scope on several occasions. Here's how ...
