Hi Bill
Thank you for trying to go over all possible variables. I think the most expeditious at this point would be to send us the meter (should be here in a day or 2). We will go over it with a fine tooth comb and let you know what we find.
I appreciate your help with this.
Regards,

Re: Installing a meter reading system
PlumBill,
You will still have to have access to your tenants router settings (if you want to utilize their internet connection). This is because you have to open up a port in the firewall of their router, you will also want to enable Dynamic DNS (if they do not have a static IP address).

Re: Installing a meter reading system
PlumBill, I would suggest a broadband connection if it is available (for reliability and lower cost). If your tenant were to let you plug the iSerial into their network, they would never notice that you were there. The amount of data that you would ever transfer per month is insignificant by todays ...

Re: EKM Not tracking Utility Smart meter
Hello Bill, Thanks for sending us your .csv file (very helpful). From looking at it we do not see any issues. You have a 120/240 volt system, you are registering volts and amps on each line. You have the Omnimeter set to be used with 200 amp CTs (let us know if this is not the CT rating that you hav...

Re: iSerial Read Data Error
Pbless, All should be good in the world (of the EKM Dash) We have updated the latest version of the Dash (and among some other major improvements) it can now read the UL meters with higher Serial numbers. This is referring to version .365 or above. Here is the page to download: http://www.ekmmeterin...

Re: EKM Not tracking Utility Smart meter
Bill, I am still not seeing enough information (I assume you are on a 120/240 volt system with 2 hot lines). The very best would be to email us the .csv file from your meter reads. To do this you go to EKM Dash> File> Export. Create the csv, this will show us voltage on all line, amps on all, lines,...

Re: Reset iSerial Reader
I am not aware of an issue with the iSerial being on 192.168.0.xxx networks. If I want to reset an iSerial I try either of these two processes. Dont usually get it on the first try so give it a few tries. Process for resetting iSerial Switch 1. Unplug ethernet 2. Start with iSerial Powered Up 3. Hol...
