Yes. It has been working properly since it was installed on Mar 29; it stopped recording on April 18. I took the meter out of the line and looked in the inlet and outlet to see if any blockage, but could not see any. It was installed in the horizontal position originally and has never been changed.

Question 1: To change pulse ratio, do I just need to disconnect my v4 meter from the push unit and wire it to the EKM USB to RS485, and then run Dash from there? Same problem as Owen707. Exactly what are the steps to hookup the USB/RS485 interface and then use it to change the Pulse Ratio? Are there some instructions somewhere I am overlooking? Are they somewhere ,in this forum?

I am still not getting any readings on the Dashboard. Do you folks have to set the pulse ratio? On the screen shot you gave it showed I could change it and then select "Set"; I do not have that capability. When I go to EKM Meters/Pulse all three of Pulse Input has a Pulse Input Ratio of 10...
