Which port to use on EKM Omnimeter Pulse v.4

I want to connect one 3/4" Water Meter to an Omnimeter Pulse v.4. Which port should I connect the water meter to?

This is a quote from that page:
"For Pulse Input 1, connect the pulse output wire from a water meter or gas meter to port 13 on the Omnimeter Pulse v.4 and the ground wire to port 14 on the Omnimeter Pulse v.4"

Here is a quote from that page:
"Connect the red wire from the water meter to either port 11, 12, or 13.
Connect the black wire to port 14."
