Up graded to Dash 4.25
It was working Ok
Called up the data inspector and tried to reset the resettable KWH register.
The register did reset but I didn't see the data inspector results.
I exited the Pgm Probably using the red button upper left.
The main program closed leaving the unseen data inspector results on the screen.
I think I got rid of data inspector it by pushing the delete key

Now when I try to load the Dash program all I get is a small icon like box edit bar in the upper left corner of the screen (File Edit Help)
Re booting the computer. No help
Trying to run previous version. No help
Deleting 4.25 and upgrading again No help
Deleting 4.25 and again trying previous version No help
Dash not listed in windows control panel for removal

Data Inspector allowed to to send error message

Hello Bill,

Thanks for letting us know.

We may have seen this issue one other time. It had something to do with PCs that share a screen (have 2 screens next to each other for one PC, do you have anything like this?). We were not able to reproduce the problem here in order to be able to fix the issue in software. If you find a way to reproduce the problem, please let us know.

Are you running OSX, XP, Windows 7, or other?

Thanks,

No mater what I do, when I now open any version on Dash I get a little screen in the upper left corner of my desk top.
DASH main screen will not run.

Running W7 single screen
Previous versions used to run OK
Now none of them work.
Is some left over file starting to run when I try to load Dash ?

Do just try the following - it worked for me in a similar situation...

Launch Dash and ensure it is selected as the active app in the Win 7 task bar at the bottom of the screen , then hold down the Windows key and press the left arrow key. This worked immediately for me but it maybe that other arrow keys or repeated presses are needed to negotiate the window back onto the screen.

This may be a totally different issue of course , as mine was instigated by dual screen usage and I see you're only using one screen.
I assume there is no way to maximise your little window .. or any useful option when you right click on the window ?
