New user, new questions on Omnimeter 1 v.3 and EKM Push

So I have an omnimeter, for about 2 years now, never collected data of it, since I didn't care for the solutions in the past.

Now I just purchased an EKM Push, received it today.

I double and tripple checked my 2 serial wires, they are good.

I power on the unit, tried known good ethernet cables 3x, but all I get is this:

Green Power

Green Serial

Blank Internet

Then

Orange power
Orange Serial
Orange and Red Internet alternating.

Ethernet port is flashing green on left with a solid yellow ish light.

I power cycled my meter as well as the Push unit a few times.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello ekmboston, welcome to the forum!

From the description of the LED lights (especially the Internet LED light), I would guess that your EKM Push is not able to connect to the internet. Are you sure you have a good connection to your router? Make sure you are not using a cross-over ethernet cable.

Did you get the email we would have sent you when you ordered your EKM Push that has your personal EKM Push credentials? (Dont share your key here unless you want others to be able to see your data). If you click on the link to view your data, what do you see? You can email us if you want help with this part.
