It should be a Push 3. We ordered the Push 3 and the Packing slip received says EKM-Push3 #ST1

I have pictures but they are too big to post here apparently.

Should be a Push 3, we order a new one on 12/15/2022 and the packing slip says EKM-PUSH3 #ST1

We are still using the User Key from before if that makes a difference.

I would include pictures, but apparently the JPEGS are too large for the board.

It sounds like there must be some confusion somewhere. The MAC address that you posted in this thread earlier (4016FA0000A6) is for an old Push2 Pro. If you look on the front of the Push3 you have there, what is the MAC address that is on the sticker below the ethernet port?

If you are unsure, you can also email the photos to us at support@ekmmetering.com

the problem has been resolved, we was using the old Push Key, apparently a new one was mailed out without being passed on to me.

Thank you again for the help.
