EKM Push setup problem

Hello all!
I am trying to reset my Wi-Fi connection for my Push device.
According to the data sheet, after powering it and waiting, the power light turns steady green and the other two LEDs flash orange or green.

Mine has been powered for 15 minutes and the power LED is steady green, however, only the middle one is flashing. The third does nothing.

Does anyone know what this indicates?

It sounds to me like the Push3 does not have its meter assignments yet (so it is not flashing the RS485 meter communication LED).

What happens when you press the "Adhoc WiFi enable" button on the side of the Push3 for 10 seconds?

Do you have a temporary ethernet connection available so that you can setup up the WiFi over LAN rather than trying to set it up over Adhoc WiFi? I would try this if you are not able to get the Adhoc WiFi to work.
