Propane?

Post by dwolf »

Can your gas meters work for a home that uses propane instead of natural gas?

Hello dwolf, welcome to the forums.

Yes, our gas meters can be used to measure any (non-caustic or corrosive) gas including propane vapor (LPG), natural gas, air, methane, and various other inert gases.

Be sure you are metering the gaseous propane coming off the top of your propane tank, and not the liquid propane that is in the bottom of your propane tank.

Here is a link to the spec sheet for the 3/4" Gas Meter: http://documents.ekmmetering.com/EKM-PM ... -sheet.pdf

Thanks,
Jameson
