Re: Setting pulse input ratio using EKM Dash

Post by Jameson »

Hello ckhome,

It sounds like you may have your Pulse Inputs set to 1000:1. You can verify this by looking at your EKM Push data, one of the returned data points is Pulse Input Ratio on Inputs 1,2, and 3.

I have outlined how to change your CT Ratio here: http://forum.ekmmetering.com/viewtopic. ... 6250#p6250

It will be very similar to how you will change your Pulse Input ratio which is outlined in this thread. Before you change the Pulse Input ratio, you can test that your jumper method is working by also looking at your EKM Push data. The inputs have a real-time state of "Open" or "Closed" (when you have the jumper installed) on 1, 2, and 3 that is returned in your EKM Push data.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Regards,
Jameson
