Event Manager

I can see all items in Event Manager, but can't select anything; all items are "greyed" What don't I have turned on?
Are you able to post a screenshot of the settings you have so far?
The only way I am able to get it so that everything is greyed out is if I don't have any Reports or Triggers. First thing to do is click the "+" button in the bottom left of the window. See my screenshot. This should make a new Report or Trigger that you can then edit.
