EKM Metering

Greeting ,

I brought the EKM-25EDS-N v.2 couple years ago and I just pull download the latest EKM Dash (free trial) to test it out.

But I keep getting "No responds - check RS485 connections and Meter"

I put in a new wire between the Meter and the EKM iSerial v.2 TCP/IP Ethernet to RS-485 Serial Converter


It still cannot read the meeting.
I can get to web interface of the Serial Converter
I set the URAT RS485 with 1200 , 7 even 1 , no flow

Any help will be appreciated

]I also noticed that the EKM dash software giving an error "Meter Number is not valid for the selected meter model"

So , it keep saying 2481 is not match with EKM-25EDS-N v.2

Yes, the 25EDS-N v.2 is an older meter. I do not even have one here to test with.

When the Dash says this is not a valid meter number and asks you if you would like to fix it, just choose "No I dont want to fix it"

Your iSerial serial settings look correct.
