I was unable to login to my meters. I tried a password reset to gain access, but I am not getting the reset email; is there a problem with the Encompass server, or does the password reset request actually go straight to the Push3 device? If the PUSH3 was not connected to the internet for some reason, would there be any way of knowing that remotely?

Im not sure what is going on. We just tested the password reset and received the password reset email. Will you check your spam folder? Chances are that is where the email ended up.
