EKM Metering

We need to use a Neptune 2" water meter which generates 38 pulses per USGallon. We need to be able to read low flow rates but also be able to read at full flow. At full flow of 150 GPM will the omnimeter be able to read pulses at the rate of 100 pulses per second reliably?

At 100 pulses per second this would be about 10ms per pulse. Our Omnimeter Pulse v.4 can accurately count 20 pulses per second (pulse width 50ms). We have seen it work as fast as 30 pulses per second, but then it will start to drop some pulses.
