The EKM 25IDS-N v.2 stops working

My meter suddenly stops working. The display shown all the numeric and letters. I tried to stop and start many times with no results. I wonder the meter needs any update or resetting to make it current. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum. Dosn't sound too good to me. This is an older model that we sold a couple years ago. Did the issue just show up recently?
If you power cycle the meter does it fix this issue?

It is. It was stopped suddenly. I had cycle many time with no good result. I am a technician. I wonder should I open it to find any bad components?

I would ship it back to us so that we can check it out. If you open it up, that will break the seal, and then we cant really help you if you ship it to us after the seal is broken. I would ship it back, we can take a look and try to repair it. I looks like you ordered this about 4 years ago, so it is past the 2 year warranty, but we will do our best to help you and may just end up replacing it with a new basic 25IDS.
