Hi, I'm using the EKM-OmniMeter I v.3 to measure a 3-phase 3-wire system. However, when I read the values on the display, it's showing different measures from the ones I can get with a multimeter. I should be reading ~480V for both V1 and V3, but it's showing 353.6 for V1 and 489.9 for V3. Why do yo...

Hi Jameson, Thanks for replying, So, I checked the COM ports; they are ok. I tried to use some resistors, biasing and termination.
