when are you going to email me the tool i need for the push system?

I left a phone message nobody has called me back. sent several email. no response, please let me know when to expect a call and email with the tool?

i have the USB converter. thank you.

I do not have DHCP on our network as well, can i browse to the device and set the IP address that way? how do you connect to it if there is not IP address set?

i can not find the tool to set a static IP address for my push system EKM meter.
