Hello Mrngneom,
Welcome to the EKm forum!!
We have a small piece of software called VCOM (PC only) that is used to scan your local network for any iSerial. You run it and it will return all of the IP addresses of the iSerials on your network.
Here is a link to the pdf about the VCOM software: http://documents.ekmmetering.com/EKM_iS ... t_VCOM.pdf
Here is a link to download VCOM: http://documents.ekmmetering.com/vcomsetup.exe.zip
The iSerial will also respond to pings on your local network. Let us know how this works.
Here is an example of us sending a ping to a device on our network:
Ping has started…
PING 192.168.1.145 (192.168.1.145): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 192.168.1.145: icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=3.471 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.145: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=2.951 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.145: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=2.984 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.145: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=3.198 ms
