EKM Metering

I had Dash running with a Push and meter logging overnight. Came back to it today and my computer had locked up for an unknown reason, requiring a hard reboot. Did that and it came back just fine, but when I tried to restart Dash, I got this window:
I tried deleting Dash completely off my system, re-downloading, unzipping, and starting again, but same error.

Was about to drop the cash for a license, but now I can't even use it.

Running Windows7 on higher End PC.

Any ideas?

What version of the EKM Dash are you running?

It sounds like your database may have become corrupted or scrambled when your computer hard crashed.

Try this: Hold down the shift key when you open the EKM Dash software. A window will come up that allows you to "Reset Database". This will generate a copy of the original EKM Dash database on your desktop. It will also generate a new Database for the EKM Dash to use.
