EKM Metering

Hello,

I have a v.4 Meter connected to a utility pulse meter output (kyz). It has been installed and working for some time. Over the weekend, both pulse inputs stopped incrementing. Th outputs from the utility are still toggling. Both inputs are nearing their max value, but neither is at all 9s. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Welcome to the forum!

Please double check that your connections are good and that the kyz meter is still sending pulses (continuity check).

Are you still able to read the v.4 meter over RS485, or are you reading the pulse counts on the LCD screen only? Is your pulse input ratio set to 1:1?

KYZ meter is toggling...connections are good

RS-485 is functioning normally, count hasn't incremented in 2+ days

Pulse ratio is 1:1

Something amiss is going on.

Lets try power cycling the meter to see if something internal has gotten sideways.
