EKM Push gateway failed?

Hi,

I seems to have a failure of the EKM push gateway that no longer getting data. The RS485 LED is not lite up any more. Is there any suggestion how to debug the setup? The 485 wire was embedded into the wall (during remodeling) - the EKM meter still flash LED and display data as usual. It does not seems like the wire problem (as I did the continuation test).

any comment or suggestion appreciated.

Hello Leonard,

Are you seeing new data come into your widget or to your EKM Dash?

If you can send us your information (probably by email is the best if you dont want to share your meter data here), then we can look up your EKM Push and see what is going on.

no. I do not see any data from the web access widget. It's all flat line now.

how do I obtain the data you request and send it via email?

Please search your email for the keyword "pushinfo", this word is contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you purchased your EKM Push (this email includes your meter numbers, MAC addresses, and Push Key). We can use the details there to look up your EKM Push data for you. Or alternately you can send us an email with your name or email address you used to purchase and we can look it up for you.
