Issues with Omnimeter I v.3 RS-485

We have a brand new Omnimeter and we are not able to successfully get it to communicate to your TCP/Serial converter, nor a Schneider gateway. I suspect it is an issue with the Meter, which otherwise is properly capturing data from the circuit. There is a small voltage on the RS485 wires, but no successful data connection.
Email me for a link to the screen shots.

Hello odetothymeter, welcome to the forum!
We would like to start with screenshots from the EKM Dash Main Page (showing the error you are seeing when the Dash tries to read your meter) and your EKM Dash Meter Setup Page. Please also include screenshots of your iSerial internal settings.
Please email the screenshots to:
info@ekmmetering.com
We will get you sorted out
Thanks,

Hello,
I am not seeing an email in our inbox or spam folder. Will you re-send?
Maybe include the keyword odetothymeter in the email so we can find it.
You can also post them here if you are not going to be giving out sensitive information.
Thanks,

Just resent it, with the phrase.

Thanks!
Just a heads up that the original message looks like spam (it was in our spam folder), because it is just a link without reference to metering. The keyword helped in the second email.
You have a photo of your twisted pair wire going into the iSerial and another going into the meter. It looks like you have A to B and B to A, instead of A to A and B to B. I would just swap the RS485 wires on your meter and see if it works.
Also in the EKM Dash you have entered meter 0, you will want to enter meter number 17262.
Next, we would still need to see screenshots of your iSerial IP settings, and a screenshot of the Activity Window on the EKM Dash main page showing the errors you are seeing.
Thanks, we will get you sorted out.
Regards,
