How do I obtain account keys for used units bought on eBay.
Do I just use the serial numbers?

We need the original owners permission to transfer them to you. Just have them write us an email with the email address that they used to purchase the meters. If you do not know the original owner, you can email us the meter numbers, and we will contact the original owner.
