EKM Metering

If I sell my property with ekm system installed and running.
How do I transfer the new owners the EKM account?

Thank you for asking ahead of time! It is very good to figure this out before vs after the sale of the property.

The easiest would be to just give the new owner your EKM Push Account key and then have them email it to us, so that we know they have been granted access to the data. But if they do not want you to have ongoing access to the EKM Push data, then you will want to transfer ownership to them (by sending us an email with your owner's email address), we will then set them up with a new account key as they are the new owners, you would no longer have access to the data in this case.

The new owner would have access to the past meter data from the Summary API for example which is associated with your unique Omnimeter number.
