Hello Bill,
By all intents and purposes the firmware is not upgradeable.
If there are features that we decide to develop and to add to our line of meters, we need to "bake" these in to the hardware design and the underlying firmware.
If we have enough of a demand for a particular feature we will try to incorporate it into our next generation of meters. We are always interested in hearing particular needs of our customers.
