Smart Home Integration

I wanted to pass along the results of my setup, which includes the integration of two HD water meters with my whole-house energy monitoring system.
To connect the meters to my Brultech GEM/DashBoard monitor, I used Cat5 Ethernet cable and was able to get a solid signal between my irrigation controller master valve and my Halo5 whole-house water purification system (each of the connections is over 40 feet in separation).
The deviation between the pulse-counter readings between my monitoring station and the municipal water district's smart meter has been approximately 2 percent overall.
I'm very happy with the results -- and with the two (3/4") vertical HD water meters.
